The ideal candidate will have prior experience in executing M&A and capital raising transactions in the Technology vertical, preferably within GRC, Data Analytics or FinTech and an independent self-starter to be able to lead deals for high-growth technology and technology services companies in the private markets.

Responsibilities

• Run business development outreach and identify great companies
• Build relationships with founders and escalate promising opportunities
• Analyze industry subsectors, trends and competitive landscapes
• Craft high-quality marketing materials (CIMs, teasers, management decks)
• Build detailed financial models and customer data analyses
• Drive transaction processes and help manage client relationships

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Investment Banking experience, with at least 1+ in Technology
• Strong financial modeling and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
• High attention to detail and strong written communication
• Experience managing multiple concurrent transactions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field
• Minimum 1 previous internship in investment banking or private equity
• Understanding of the transaction cycle and steps in the process
• Self-starter, eager to learn more about technology and software businesses
• Impeccable communication skills with the ability to be responsive and interact with senior professionals
• Self-directed, highly motivated, and willingness to learn
